1. Advance Payments

Certain services require advance payments before work begins. Advance payments are generally non refundable as they secure resources, planning, and time allocation.

2. Service Based Refunds

  • Once a service has started, refunds are not guaranteed.
  • Refunds may be considered only if no work has been initiated.
  • Completed milestones or delivered work are non refundable.

3. Client Delays or Non Cooperation

Refunds will not be provided for delays or project termination caused by lack of response, delayed inputs, or non cooperation from the client side.

4. Cancellations

Service cancellations must be requested in writing via email. If cancellation occurs before work has started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative costs.

5. Non Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after service confirmation.
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference.
  • Delays caused by third party services or platforms.
  • Failure to provide required project information on time.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7 to 14 business days through the original payment method used at the time of transaction.
